II Vetllada Lírica de Santanyí

The Department of Culture of the Santanyí City Council is organizing this second edition of la Velada Lírica, which has become an annual event of reference in the Mallorcan musical scene.

This year's highlight is soprano Serena Sáenz (Barcelona, ​​1994), praised for her musicality, tasteful ornamentation, and luminous high notes. This young artist has had successive debuts at theaters such as the Berlin State Opera and the Gran Teatre del Liceu, and is a regular guest at some of the most renowned opera houses in the world.

She is joined by Basque pianist Rubén Fernández Aguirre, who specializes in accompanying singers.
