'Iter'

Italian Serena Vione was born in a family of gymnasts and, after a long sports career, in 2002 she discovered the circus and went along with it. Since then she collaborates with companies and events such as Yabacirkus, Teatrazione, Milo e Olivia or Cirque de Soleil.

In 2012 she founded the Associaciño Cultural Espai de Circ in Arenys de Munt (Barcelona), which offers circus activities throughout the national territory.

Serena Vione comes to the square of auditorium de Sa Màniga to offer this show with artistic direction of Claire Ducreux. The artist uses numerous pieces of iron which are manipulated to create different shapes and spaces with the intention to build a road that will take her higher and higher. Iter is presented within the XIII Temporada Internacional de Dansa (International Dance Season).
