A la búsqueda de los sabores perdidos. Treinta siglos de cocina de las Islas Baleares (In search of lost flavors, thirty centuries of cooking of the Balearic Islands). Under such Proustian title these gastronomic days will be organized by the Museum of Mallorca. They consist of a themed dinner in the courtyard of the Centre de Cultura Sa Nostra, a magnificent eighteenth century farmhouse.

This center currently exhibits part of the museum collection, while construction rehabilitation work is carried out at its headquarters.
