'L'oreneta'

Guillem Clua is the author of the text of L'oreneta, whose first version was already written a month after the terrorist attack that occurred on June 12, 2016 at the Pulse Bar in Orlando, in the United States, which killed fifty people.

Directed by Josep Maria Mestres and starring Emma Vilarasau and Dafnis Balduz, they give life to Amèlia, a singing teacher, and a young man who wants to improve his vocal technique to sing at the memorial of his recently deceased mother.

We soon discover that the chosen song, L'oreneta, has a special meaning for the two characters, who will reveal details of their past, marked by an Islamist terrorist attack that the city suffered the previous year. Catalan language.
