The CCA Andratx presents this collective exhibition that brings together four different artistic expressions that delve into chance and necessity. Le Hasard et la Nécessité is inspired by the book title of the French biochemist Jacques Monad, winner of the Nobel Prize in 1970, and tries to question the relationship between fortuitous encounters, coincidences and opportunities and the irremediable need for choice.
It brings together the work of Danish artists Kristian Kragelund, Elisabeth Molin and Karl Monies and the American Nathan Peter.
