Love of Lesbian

Considered one of the best Spanish Indie pop-rock groups and returns to Mallorca this summer with its excellent live performance, Santi Balmes (vocals and guitars), Jordi Roig (guitars), Joan Ramon Planell (bass and synth) and Oriol Bonet (batteries) Love of Lesbian formed in 1997 in Barcelona, joining them years later Julian Saldarriaga (guitar, banjo, vocals).

They released their first album in 1999 under the title of Microscopic Movies, although the leap would come a year later when Robert Smith chose them to be the opening act for The Cure on The Cureniana tour. Thereafter, the trajectory of the band is unstoppable.

With Cuentos chinos para niños del Japón  (Chinese Stories for Children of Japan) (2007) they obtained Record of the Year of the specialized magazine Mondo Sonoro and to make a small tour through the United States. In 2009 they released 1999, with which they have been touring for over two years, and in 2012 their latest album, La noche eterna Los días no vividos (Eternal night. The unlived days), now presented in is Es Gremi.
