It is the first project in Spain by Mexican Luis Alfonso Villalobos (Guadalajara, 1976), an exhibition made up of eight unpublished works. The artist will be in Mallorca during the month of March on the occasion of the residency that he is currently carrying out at the CC Andratx.
In Maquinarias Flotantes, Villalobos brings together three series of acrylics on canvas, Floating Structures, Vástago and Pantano, through which he reflects on the material, historical and functional features of contemporary painting.
