MDMAR

MDMAR is the artistic name of the Mallorcan singer-songwriter Maria del Mar Payeras, who presents her second album Better life (2020). In it she consolidates her folk pop style, which we could already hear on her debut album About Love (2018) and her song Winds in the Dark, which was part of the soundtrack of the documentary directed by Ruben Capilla, Lejsara.

MDMAR (vocals, guitar and harmonica) is accompanied by Miquel Benàssar (bass and cello), Miquel Moyà (electric guitar), Pau Franch (keyboard, synthesizers, second voices), Pedro Moyà (drums). With voice choirs by: Amulet (Toni Mulet), Matilda Gracia, Marga Viver, Xavier Ferrer, Cris Lohi, Miquel Bennàssar and Miquel Moyà.
