The Tardor 2021 cycle programs this concert in Porto Cristo dedicated to the work of W.A. Mozart. It is celebrated in the church of Carme and will be carried out by the trio de cornos di bassetto Cornucòpia and voices.
Cornocòpia is made up of the clarinetists Silvia Insa, Joan Sempere and Rafel Caldentey. Accompanied by the voices of Irene Gili (soprano), Pilar Riera (mezzosprano) and Miquel Company (bass).
The program of Mozart domèstic consists of a Selection of the XXV pieces pour 3 Corni di Bassetto KV. Anh. 229 (439b); 6 notturni for three solo voices and a trio of basseto horns; Soave sia il vento (terzetto from the opera Cosí fan tutte), adaptation for three solo voices and trio trio de cornos di bassetto; and Selection of pieces from the opera The Magic Flute, with period arrangements for a trio of horns di bassetto (the first clarinet with a curved body).
