La Quimera de Plástico presents this show which includes two monologues written by Dario Fo and Franca Rame about womanhood: A woman alone and The Awakening.
Directed by Tomas Martin, is a tragicomedy where the humor and absurdity of everyday situations conceals the day to day 'tragedy' of woman, confronted with herself and the duality of her roles as wife-mother and worker.
Interpreted by Selma Sorhegui, Mujeres won the Premio al Mejor Monólogo de Humor in the VIII Festival Iberoamericano de Teatro 'Cumbre de las América' Mar del Plara 2012.
