This emblematic group of the '80s has returned to the stage this summer without the former leader of the band, the charismatic Antonio Vega, who died in 2009. That year they canceled all concerts, but now Nacho Vega, cousin of the driving force of Nacha Pop, takes over.
The band was one of the icons of Spanish music and La Movida. It was dissolved at its best moment, after the publication of the live album Nacha Pop 80-88, leaving behind a legacy of songs that are part of the collective memory of a generation. Among the most celebrated are la chica de ayer, Es por ti , Antes de que salga el sol, Lucha de gigantes, Grité una noche or Vístete.
Nacha Pop, as a tribute to their leader, will offer in this concert in Palma the best of their repertoire in a tour that is taking them throughout the Spanish geography.
