Now the British singer, songwriter and producer Nick Lowe performs acoustically, on this same stage, as part of the program to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the music promoter Rudy sessions.
Lowe is a leading figure of English pub rock, a musical genre that emerged in London in the 1970s as a reaction to progressive, psychedelic and Glam rock.
He has recorded 16 albums in studio with good reviews. The last one is from 2013 and is titled Quality Street. A Seasonal Selection for All the Family.
As a producer, Nick Lowe has worked for renowned artists such as Graham Parker and Elvis Costelo, to whom he composed the song (What's So Funny Bout) Peace, Love, and Understanding, which has become one of his greatest hits.
