'O', parting from Othello

Corcada Teatre premieres this production parting from Shakespeare’s Othello. The new version is directed by Joan Fullana, also author of the texts along withJoan Tomas Martinez ,Txiki Berraondo and the original written by Shakespeare.

O  is the reinterpretation of a classic, which for this company means a look at the past but also the present and, above all, a reflection of the future.

Four characters enclosed within an infinite loop and prisoners of manipulation, fear, distrust, envy, lust, conspiracy, sleep ... Performed by Caterina Alorda, Maria Bauçà, Albert Mèlich and Mercè Sancho de la Jordana.
It is part of the tribute which  Jardí Desolat  dedicates to the English playwright William Shakespeare on the 450th anniversary of his birth.
