Guillermo García Calvo directs the Orquestra Simfònica Illes Balears in this concert in which will act as soloist the Basque pianist Joaquín Achúcarro (Bilbao, 1932), who was named this month of February honourary academic member at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of San Fernando.
The program is composed of Obertura per un bon dia, by Antoni Parera Fons; Piano Concerto no. 4 op. 58, in G major, by Ludwig van Beethoven; and Quartet with piano op. 25, in G minor, by Johannes Brahms.
