The artist Esther Olóndriz participates in the global project of postal intervention of the photographer Josep Planas i Montanyà with this exhibition that puts the focus on the tourist boom of the island. The title, Paisajes lindos (beautiful landscapes), alludes to the beginning of the song Bajo el cielo de Palma, sang by Bonet de Sant Pere in the 1940s.
The fifty intervened postcards go from the Mallorca considered as 'paradise', as it was described by Gerturde Stein to Robert Graves, to the years of the tourist boom of the 60s, passing through a present of For Sale and tourist crowds as experienced last summer.
