Pamboli a la fresca Solidari

It is the third year that S'Altra Senalla, an association of   fair trade shops implanted in Baleares, organizes this festival around the most simple and popular dish of Mallorca: the pa amb oli (bread with oil).

It is held in the Parc de Sa Riera, where you can taste pa amb oli prepared with local, organic and fair trade products. Brown bread, olive bread, bio-tomatoes and-cheese ... and to accompany, organic Mallorcan wine . There will also be sweet cocas prepared by volunteers of fair trade and musical entertainment.
