This project is part of an involuntary series started in a group exhibition held in 2009 in Bristol and in which the protagonist is the street. The version now proposed by Francesc Ruiz (Barcelona, 1971) is a reading of Passeig d'es Born based on the arrangement of a series of objects and images drawn from businesses located in this central promenade.
The intervention Panel, Panel (which to the artist has the meaning of vignettes) in the space Box 27 of Casal Solleric she brings together items from different stores and recreates this continuity of the shop windows on the street.
Francesc Ruiz has had solo exhibitions at Gasworks in London in MNCARS (Madrid) or the Miró Foundation in Barcelona and has participated in group exhibitions at the Museum Weserburg (Bremen), CA2M (Madrid), New Museum (New York), Carrè d'Art (Nimes) and MUSAC (León).
