Paprika Fair

Each year Felanitx turns red to celebrate its already centennial Pebre Bord Fira (Trade Fair of the paprika). During the week many activities are being celebrated, some very traditional like the ascent to Calvary by the path of the Via Crucis and a folkloric show. On Sunday there will be demonstrations of how to fill the belly of pork with slaughter products such as sobrassada, which acquires its characteristic red color due to paprika.
