'Pardals al cap'

Rita Barber brings to the stage her own music and verses by Menorcan poets playing with very different musical styles. Starting from traditional Mediterranean music and fado, the Menorcan singer and actress manages to find her own voice, full of light and character.

The new songs are created from the collaboration with poets such as Ponç Pons, Sílvia Pons, Pere Gomila, Jordi Odrí, Bep Joan Casasnovas, Anna Maria Ticoulat, Michel Bourret, Maria Galetta, Fancesc Florit Nin and Pere Xerxa.

Artistic direction by Juan Carlos Talavera, in Pardals al cap Rita Barber (voice), Germán Barrio (piano), Raúl Sánchez (Portuguese guitar and violin) and Carlos Ramos (viola de Fado) take part. Catalan language. Recommended age from 5 years.
