The Orquestra Barroca Catalana offers this concert of the Messiah GH Handel in which will also participate the Cor de Canbra of the Palau de la Musica in Barcelona and the Ramón Llull Choir. It is directed by Daniel Reuss and as soloists will perform Lucy Crowe (soprano), Marianne Beate Kieland (contralto), Thomas Walker (tenor) and David Wilson-Johnson (bass).
The Orquestra Barroca Catalana was established in 1993 and has since worked to disseminate and retrieve the repertoire of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
