El cantante mallorquín Carlos Oliver es quien se oculta detrás del seudónimo de Paul Zinnard. En 1998 fundó The Bolivians con los que grabó dos discos. Al año siguiente, tras la disolución del grupo formó The Pauls, banda con la que ha editado cuatro trabajos: The champion of the world, Last Sunday, Miss Tokyo y A flair for dancing.
