Piece of the month the Museum of Manacor

The researcher Sebastian Sanso is responsible for commenting on the October piece in this series organized by the Museu d'Historia de Manacor. On this occasion the piece is part of the collection contemporary times of the museum and has a curious story behind it.

Apparently it’s the horn the sheriff of the City of Manacor used to call the locals before reading a proclamation. After the talk there will be a tour around the temporary exhibition Objectes i Històries, of which this piece forms part.
