Pep Garau Quartet

The Mallorcan trumpet player Pep Garau leads this band that opens the Cicle de Jazz al Principal. It was created in 2019 and has some of the most renowned jazz musicians on the Balearic Islands, performing from trio to sextet. In this concert it performs as a quartet.

The offer a repertoire composed of the trumpeter's own songs written during the years 2019 and 2021, and some recorded in July 2020, and versions such as Cançó de bres per una princesa negra by Antoni Rodríguez.
