Pere Dávila, 'Canvas'

Canvas is the musical proposal of Pere Dávila, who during this last year has found the possibility of musically materializing his influences and thoughts in a repertoire of his own creation.

The songs of Canvas Project try to reflect the impact that situations (real and imaginary), images and very intimate inquiry processes have had on the author. The vehicle of expression is improvised music, not wanting to be pigeonholed in the jazz-non-jazz dichotomy.
