Peter White

This English guitarist implements through his music a unique charm and musical talent. Born in Luton in 1954 and as a child he learned to play the clarinet, trombone, violin and piano. Later he included the guitar, influenced by The Beatles and Rolling Stones, clearly preferring this instrument.

With 20 years old he joined the band of Al Stewart in the 1975 tour of England, Scotland and America, a collaboration that lasted twenty years.In 1990 Peter White released his first solo album  Reveillez-Vous - which became a favorite among radio stations of contemporary jazz - which followed twelve equally successful works. The latest from 2012 entitled  Here We Go.

He comes to the island to participate in the new edition of Mallorca Smooth Jazz Festival, which takes place from 1 to 4 May and is dedicated to the biggest names in contemporary jazz.
