The Awards, Honors and Distinctions of the Consell de Mallorca aim to recognize the work done or done by people and entities for the benefit of Mallorca and its citizens.
The winners, each year, are chosen through a participatory process where the candidacies are presented. The decision to choose the winners is made by consensus of the political groups in the spokesperson board. The award ceremony will be held this year at the Auditori d'Alcúdia.
