Biologist Joan Mayol is the author of this book written by the baggage of his own experience: planting-along with his brother Marti 2,560 olive trees and harvest several vintages of Algebicí and Verderol oil.
In El llibre de l'oli (book of oil), published by El Gall, Joan Mayol gives a historical and current review on olive oil in Mallorca, which now has its own denomination of origin. The presentation will be provided by Deborah Piña Zitrone, who presents in IB3 the section es Rebost within the program Uep! Com Anam, and is part of the program of activities of the olive fair to be held on 16 and 17 November in Caimari.
