Delantera mítica (2013) is the last album - ninth in the discography of this singer-songwriter who loves rock. He began his career performing in small venues in his hometown like El rincón del arte nuevo, where he sometimes shared the stage with Enrique Urquijo (Madrid, 1960-1999). For the leader of Los Secretos he wrote the song Aunque tú no lo sepas, published within the album Desde que no nos vemos in 1998.
Quique González is influenced by the Anglo-Saxon tradition of rock musicians such as Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Van Morrison or Wilco, without forgetting the national scene with names like Burning, Antonio Vega and Joaquín Sabina. His literary references include the poets Bukowski, Mario Benedetti and Luis García Montero, among others.
He now reaches Es Gremi in Palma within his tour Delantera mítica, an album recorded in Memphis and elected Second best national album of 2013 by the Journal of musical information Efe Eme.
