'Requiem' by Fauré

The Symphonic Orchestra Illes Balears, conducted by its holder Pablo Mielgo, and the Coral Universitat de les Illes Balears, under the direction of Núria Cunillera, offer this benefit concert at the Cathedral of Mallorca to benefit Projecte Home. As soloist Lorena Bonnin (soprano) and José Antonio (barítone).

The Requiem in re minor Op 48  of Gabriel Fauré is one of the most popular requiem masses. Written between 1886 and 1888, it consists of seven parts and is usually performed by choir and orchestra.
