In 1993 Santiago Villanueva took the first prize Artista Joven (Young Artist) in the Salon de Otoño of Madrid, where he was born in 1964 and began his career as a sculptor in the eighties. Since 1999 he lives and works in Palma.
After his exhibition Soft & Touch Therapy in the space Diana Lowenstein Gallery of Miami (where it has been showed until late March), the artist returns to gallery Xavier Fiol with his new works, which he presents under the title Evidence.
