'Sowing the seeds of doubt'

Within the Cycle skeptical thinking, the Club Diario de Mallorca presents this lecture entitled ¿Podemos confiar en las declaraciones de salud que se hacen sobre los alimentos? ¿y los transgénicos? ¿y los naturales? ¿y los ecológicos? (Can we trust health claims made about food? What about GM? What about natural? What about ecological?).

To answer these questions Andreu Palou, professor and director of the Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Nutrition and Biotechnology of the Universitat de les Illes Balears and the Center for Biomedical Research Network on Obesity and Nutrition (CIBERobn).
