Spring Gala Concert

The Symphony Orchestra of the Balearic Islands celebrates this gala concert in memory of Archduke Luis Salvador, of whom this year marks the centenary of his death.

The concert will also serve as a debut of the newly formed Association of Friends of the Symphony, whose honorable president is the Austrian Josef Egger. It will be directed by Joji Hattori and Pablo Mielgo and interpreted by tenor Johan Botha and soprano Daniela Fally.

The program includes works by Franz Schubert, LV Beethoven, Jacques Offenbach, Richard Wagner, Johann Strauss (Son), Johann Strauss, Richard Heuberger, Otto Nicolai and Franz Lehar.
