Antoni Garreta (Inca, 1965) has been residing since more than twenty years in the area of abstraction. In 2007 he won the first prize in the nineteenth Dijous Bo Painting Competition with a work entitled El silenci dels ocells (The Silence of the Birds), where he introduced figurative elements like drops of water and tears.
