This exhibition shows how music and new technologies came together to make the Balaguer family residence a center of technological and musical innovation in the interwar period in Mallorca.
Through documents and objects linked to the construction process of the Walcker organ, and to the commercial and musical activity of Josep Balaguer, it brings us closer to an entire imaginary where the possibilities announced by the new electrification, which in Mallorca had begun at the end of the XIX century, crystallized in the most unpredictable automatisms.
