'The Jewish world and cinema'

This film series is part of the activities of the 18th European Day of Jewish Culture, organized by the Palma City Council, Arca Llegat Jueu, Jewish Community of the Balearic Islands and Caminos de Sefarad.

It programs three films from September 6 to 20, all of which are Jewish and dubbed in Castilian.

El hijo del otro  (France, 2012)

Synopsis: Joseph, an Israeli citizen, discovers that he is not a biological son of his parents. During a bombing, he was accidentally interchanged with another child, Yasine, born of a Palestinian family from the West Bank.

Synopsis: Zev and his friend Max, two Jewish elders, live in a residence in the United States. Zev suffers a beginning of Alzheimer's , but with the information provided by Max, they will undertake a journey to hunt down a war criminal.
