Joan Miró created in his Mallorcan residence printmaking workshops to experiment with techniques of engraving, lithography and graphic art. At the end of his life, the artist expressed that these spaces would stay open and serve as a stimulus for new generations of artists.
The result of these workshops are the works in this exhibition at the CAC of Ses Voltes, work of artists Wolf Vostell, Democracia (Iván López and Paul España), Fernando Bellver and Susan Philipsz.
The CAC Ses Voltes is a campus dedicated to the creation and production of contemporary art. It supports artists and professionals in their processes of research, experimentation and development of creative projects and organizes conferences and visits to artists' studios.
