El Mirador hosts the installation The Observers, by the artist Alex Ceball (Santiago de Chile, 1982), which can be seen from Set Cantons Street until April 30.
It is a series of 16 paintings where the artist investigates and reflects on the culture of gossip and pandering. The pieces have been made exclusively for this project at the invitation of artist Lluis Fuster, who gives his viewpoint in the center of Palma to others for his interventions. The Observers will be 101.
The artist will donate the total proceeds from the sale of these paintings (€1,000 each) to the Associació d'Artistes Visuals de les Illes Balears (AAVIB).
