With a language inspired by the macabre humor of the reformatories in his native Glasgow and autobiographical stories of decaying miner neighborhoods, Littlewhitehead's work has been incorporated into major art collections, with recent exhibitions at Bloomberg New Contemporaries, Kunstmuseum Bern and the British Art Now of the Museum of South Australia.
In Palma he presents a collection of unpublished fragments of the life of The Overman, a character with references to Nietzsche's Übermensch who embodies the collapse of our pathetic society.
