The Partridge as protagonist

Since 34 years, Montuïri holds a fair around this quintessential falconry bird in Mallorca. The event highlight is the contest-exhibition of partridges with awards to the best specimens, organized by the Association of Hunters Montuïri.

There will also be a show of native birds, pigs, cattle and sheep, as well as stalls and exhibition of flowers and plants.

Although the fair takes place on Sunday December 2, the program runs from November 25 to December 7, with activities such as the presentation of books, workshops, art exhibitions, music or talks like the one that takes place on Saturday 1 on popular architecture of Montuïri, by art historian Marita Pocoví.
