This is the first fair of Mallorca dedicated to the sobrasada and everything that involves the slaughter of pigs. Companies from all over the island participate, restaurants and ovens of the town, offer all kinds of tastings. Also the Consejo Regulador de la Sobrasada, with tastings of sobrasada of Majorcan black pig, etc.
