Tomeu Penya present ‘És per tu’

The Mallorcan singer returns to the stage with his new album És per tu (Blau, 2012). Fifteen songs with a wide variety of themes and sounds, where they lack their traditional country style.

Tomeu Penya (Vilafranca of Bonany, 1949) began his career in 1980 with the publication of Tomeu Penya canta a la vila (Tomeu Penya sings the vila). This first album has been followed by more than twenty to date, a job that can be defined as a collection of all the styles that has touched throughout his career, from music to rock & roll hotel.

In the title track to the album, És per tu, has enjoyed the cooperation of Victoria Maldi. It also includes an instrumental song dedicated to guitarist Paco de Lucia.
