The latest proposal of the III Sineu Classical Music Festival is this concert dedicated to Chopin, where they will perform two concertos for piano and orchestra.
It will be performed by the Bulgarian pianist Dina Nedeltcheva, the Deià Chamber Players, Rosa Cañellas (cello), Ana Galán (violin), Alfredo Ardanaz (violin), Fernando Villegas (viola) and Pablo Moreno Saura (double bass).
The program consists of:
Piano Concerto No. 2 in F minor, Op 21
Maestoso
Larghetto
Allegro vivace
Piano Concerto No. 1 in E minor, Op 11
Allegro maestoso
Romance-Larghetto
Rondo-Vivace
The festival is organized by the Sineu City Council and the Department of Culture of the Consell de Mallorca, with the collaboration of the Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics, Cadena Ser and the Deià International Music Festival. Program a total of five concerts, which are held in the cloister of the old Sant Francesc convent, a building built between 1688 and 1704 and the seat of the Sineu City Council since 1877.
