Six spaces of Manacor become scenarios in the new edition of Urbanea, a project born in 2009 with the intention of installing art in the street but the budget cuts have forced to opt for galleries and cultural centers.
In Urbanea 2013 are involved seventeen artists: Carolina Amigo, Pedro Calapez, Cati Cánoves, Pep Canyelles, Rita Evans & Julia Mariscal, Inco Giezendanner, Pep Girbent, Natasha Lebedeva, Nauzet Mayor, Aleksandra Mir, Marco Neri, Laurina Paperina, Tomas Pizá, Miguel Rio Branco Isabel Serra, Ting Ting Cheng and Pepe Vives.
The spaces where the works are displayed are: Auditorium of Manacor, Torre de ses Puntes, S'Estació Espai d'Art, Sala Sacma, library Món de Libros and Ca'n Garanya. In addition to the exhibition there will be lectures and screenings. Inauguration, October 11th at 19:00 h.
