Vetusta Morla

This alternative rock band, from Tres Cantos (Madrid), is getting sold outs in its current tour of Spain presenting their third album, La Deriva. They now come to Mallorca to play at Son Fusteret in a concert in which will also perform the Mallorcan group Son & The Holy Ghosts as guest artists.

Their first success was in 2008 (nine years after forming the group) with the release of the first album Un día en el mundo (A Day in the world), which was well received by critics. In 2011 came  Mapas (Best Record of the Year for the magazine Rolling Stone) and in April 2014, after several years of touring in and outside Spain, they launched La Deriva.

Vetusta Morla is formed by Pucho (voice), David Garcia 'El Indio' (drums, vocals), Alvaro B. Baglietto (bass), Jorge Gonzalez (drums and programming), Guillermo Galván (guitars, keyboards and vocals) and Juan Manuel Latorre (guitars and keyboards).
