Vladislav Delay

It is one of the pseudonyms of Sasu Ripatti (Finland, 1976), an electronic musician involved in the movement known as clicks and cuts. This new genre is based on the use of small pieces of sounds and samples, producing an effect of cuts and clicks.

Each of the names he uses is associated with a specific project. With Luomo, for example, he introduces voices approaching what might be called an electronic pop, with Uusitalo, however, he focuses on dance and body movement.

Vladislav Delay is his most experimental project, with which he has recorded eleven albums, the last in 2011 with the title of Vantaa.

The concert is part of the Electronic Music Caixa Forum cycle, which onNovember 17 yet brings other international artists of the electronic forefront, the Swedes Midaircondo.
