The XXXV Encontre Internacional de Compositors (International Composers gathering) makes a stop in the music of Helmut Lachenmann (1935), a German composer follower of Pierre Schaeffer who defines his style as' concrete instrumental music'.
We will hear three of his works: Pression (for cello, 1969 and revised in 2010), Ein Kinderspiel (seven short pieces for piano, 1980) and Streichquartett Nr 3 'Grido' (for string quartet, 2001).
The concert is carried out by Tomeu Moll (piano), Aline Privitera (cello) and Quartet Maurice
