The Mostra gastronòmica de s'Anguila is traditionally included in the program of the Festes de Sant Antoni in Sa Pobla. 8 establishments of the town participate in it, each place offers tasty recipes based on the eel, a very characteristic fish from the close by Natural Park of S’Albufera.
The XV Mostra gastronòmica de l'Anguila is held from January 7 to 20 and the following bars and restaurants participate in it: E-Cosi Brases, Capritxo Nostro, Bar Cristal, Bar Rapinya, Diner S'Impuls, Bar Casa Miss, Bar sa Placeta and Boet Gastrobar.
