The second weekend in May, the village of Son Carrió celebrates its annual fair, which puts an end to its festivities. In addition to the samples, contests, exhibitions or the II Cata de Vi, this year the protagonist is the Mallorcan potato, with a tasting of dishes made with this tuber.
