The Ballet de Moscú staged this Christmas classic. The Nutcracker is a fairy tale-ballet in two acts and three scenes of Russian composer Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky (1840-1893), who put music to the adaptation that Alexander Dumas (the father) did the story The Nutcracker and the Mouse King , Ernest Hoffmann. Act as soloists Cristina Terentiev, Anatolie Ustimov and Alexei Terentiev.
Founded by Timur Fayziev in 1989, the Moscow Ballet was the only one in Russia invited to participate in 1991 in the last tour of England, Norway and Sweden of the legendary dancer and choreographer Rudolf Nureyev.
