‘Taxi’

Alicorn Teatre presents this adaptation of Taxi, a comedy by British playwright Ray Cooney directed by Francesc Aguiló.

Translated into 35 languages, Taxi is the most successful comedy by Ray Cooney, author of more than 30 comedies and musicals, including Politically Incorrect, the penultimate production of Alicorn Teatre.

Taxi's action takes place on any given day before the irruption of mobile phones. Joan is a taxi driver who is married to two women who live in two different neighborhoods of Palma. This forces him to follow a very strict schedule planning and juggle. In love with both of them, the plan is cut short when he ends up in the hospital and his name appears at the police station in each neighborhood.

Taxi is played by Magda Moragues, Laura Andújar, Gabriel Gamundí, Toni Serra, Joan Moragues, Bernat Cloquell, Gabriel Gamundi, Antònia Sastre and Rafel Ramis.
